Amazing funeral directors. Right from the beginning we as a family were made to feel welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff here. They made Mum look beautiful in the Chapel of Rest and putting her in a bed setting which is where I was used to seeing her at the care home during her later years was such a lovely idea by Meg. It was such a calm peacefil room too. Meg was absolutely fantastic and so caring and empathetic. What an asset she is to your business as she has such a calm confident knowledgeable demeanour to her I was so impressed with her professionalism and human touch. One thing that really struck me was how spotlessly clean the hearse was with Mums coffin in. This is a business that really prides itself on attention to detail and perfection and it shows. They were always washing the funeral cars when we visited. I would wholeheartedly recommend Murrays to anyone. At such a stressful emotional time they led us through everything in a calm caring manner and chose the perfect celebrant for Mum too and when we changed various parts of the service it was never any trouble to the staff. I cannot fault this funeral home. Well done to all the staff here.

Murray’s Burton branch organised Mum’s funeral service for us. I can not fault the service. We were looked after so well at the saddest time in our lives. In a stressful heartbreaking time, I had no idea what to expect, or how to organise dads funeral. I found Megan very accommodating and she kept me up to date with arrangements and what to expect. Angela the Funeral Director called me before the funeral and explained to me all what would take place on the day of the funeral and even through the service. Val the Celebrant presented my dads service with ease and made everyone comfortable. There is nothing that Murrays can do to improve, thank you for everything.

We were very happy with the service we received from Murray’s, Meg Smart and her team were incredibly compassionate and supportive during a very difficult time.They handled everything with dignity and respect and guided us through the process with care and patience, were truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
